This web site is dedicated to Danny Luttrell who gave 15 years of dedicated service to the City of Russell Springs.
He served on the Russell Springs Police Department from 1981 till his death in October of 1996.
For about half of this time, he served as the Chief of the Department.
He was Chief of Police when he passed away in 1996.
Danny Luttrell is and will be missed greatly by everyone who knew him.
